The great room, with ample, comfortable seating allows for big screen tv watching, reading, conversations, or relaxing in the light-filled air conditioned space. Pool, BBQ and clubhouse are steps from the townhouse. Walk or bike to the Princeville Shopping Center, restaurants, The One Resort, or to any of the beach access hikes within Princeville. Hanalei Bay is 3 miles away by vehicle, which can be parked in the garage or guest parking area. Villas on the Prince is a one month minimum rental. Rates are $10 – $11,000 for one month or less, $9 – $10,000 per month, for 31 to 180 days, $8,500 – $9,000 per month for 181 days or longer. All utilities, high speed internet, use of all amenities included. Bi-weekly cleaning, out-clean and taxes additional.

Villas on the Prince is a gated community within the resort and residential town of Princeville. Located on the north shore of Kauai with easy access to Hanalei, Haena, Anini and Kilauea.

Vehicle is recommended. Private single-car garage w/remote and limited second car parking on site. Two bikes are available for cruising around Princeville on bike paths.
